Iranians living abroad or Iranians abroad are Iranians who were born in Iran, but live outside Iran with their families.

According to Article 656 of the Civil Code, power of attorney is a contract by which one of the parties appoints the other party to do something. Advocacy can be done in various matters such as administrative affairs, banking, sale of property and inheritance, sale of cars and in general in all movable and immovable matters. Representation of Iranians abroad means delegating and handing over the authority to carry out the affairs of people who live abroad.
