Commercial law is a set of regulations that regulate commercial relations, Iranian commercial law is the most important codified set of laws related to commercial affairs in Iran, which forms the basis of Iranian commercial law. This law was approved by the Scientific Council on May 3, 1932 in 600 articles. Also, this law has been translated and prepared based on the 1807 French Commercial Law (known as the Napoleon Code).
