The family is considered one of the most important and main social institutions that has certain laws, but many people do not know much about these rights and they get confused and have problems in various situations.

Family law is one of the branches of civil law, which is very important. In family law, legal issues between couples are addressed, including issues related to separation, fixed rights after marriage, lineage laws, kinship rights, and family financial commitments. Of course, it should not be forgotten that the legal and jurisprudential point of view is also involved in it, and therefore, family law is a systematic set of governing rules and the regulation of principles for correct relations between family members, especially husband and wife, is the main goal of these rules.
