Legal claims

It is called a lawsuit whose main subject is people’s rights and compensation for damages caused by the violation of these people’s rights.

Legal claims are divided into two parts:

• persons (person)

Individuals: Issues that are related to individuals’ personal affairs such as marriage, divorce, custody, citizenship, etc. are included.

• Property (financial)

Property: Issues such as people’s rights to their property, purchase and sale contracts, leases, mortgages, claimants, or issues related to wills, inheritance, ownership, etc. are raised.

In addition, legal claims are those that are raised and investigated directly in the judiciary, and there is no need to go to the public and revolutionary courts.

Legal claims are made through the filing of petitions in court. According to the process of legal claims, the petition must be clearly written and presented to the court.

After the filing of the petition, there is no need to go to the court directly, but after the correct and legal filing, the matter will be followed up by the electronic judicial service offices.
